What I loved about Betsy’s approach was that she took the time to really get to know me—my personality, life experiences, and motivations—and helped me communicate my story. She provided me support when I needed it, but was never afraid to shoot straight. Her guidance turned a daunting process into a fun one. By the time I clicked “submit”, I knew I’d put my best foot forward regardless of the result.
